The Vatican’s International Theological Commission has just given a positive hearing to panentheism (the idea that creation exists “in God” so is also Divine).
The history class “The Catholic Intellectual Tradition” has become one of Yale’s most popular courses. Last spring, it attracted 85 students - up from just 13 a decade ago. The course explores two millennia of Catholic thought, from early Christianity and medieval mysticism to debates about war, philosophy and modern life. It has even reportedly attracted more students than long-standing Yale favourites such as “The Birth of Europe” and “The Roman Empire”. This boom comes at a time when universities are debating cuts to the humanities.
Absolute badinage. Why does anyone take any of these rulings that flood gloria.tv seriously, esp. when handed down by some man (bald or not). The story on Prevost here is simply delicious.
PLACE YOUR COMMENTS IF YOU'D LIKE. 2027 UPCOMING MOVIE PART 1 VIRTUES VS THE SINS - THESE CLIPS POSTED ON SEP 4, 2026 ABOUT THE MOVIE: Virtues Against Sins: This film is being produced gradually under the supervision of the Church. It will consist of three parts. The first part presents catechesis on the virtues that counter sins, based on the doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church and the Doctors of the Church. Just as our Lord Jesus spoke in parables and used elements of nature and everyday life things and people. This movie will use elements of nature, humanoid (human like) monsters to represent the sins, and critters and insects to represent temptations. The first part will be composed of fantastical elements to describe how virtues oppose the sins within the soul, not outside but inside, the internal battle for holiness. The second part features real-life anecdotes addressing various life situations, as well as the crisis of faith within the Church. The third part will include mystical …เพิ่มเติม
Cardinal Domenico Battaglia, 63, of Naples, Italy, wrote the foreword to the book 'Transgender People'. He believes that the Church is called to "renew its gaze upon humanity". The book deals with “complex and sensitive issues,” he writes. His examples are “gender dysphoria, transgender identities, and life experiences that do not conform to traditional models.” This raises “profound questions - including for the Church.” Cardinal Battaglia proposes “a path not of condemnation, but of accompaniment”: “No one is excluded from God’s heart.” And: “No life is foreign to the mystery of salvation.” “Every person, every story - even those that seem distant or difficult to understand - carries within it the possibility of a revelation.” The book “reminds us that behind ideas there are people. People whom we must encounter, listen to, and accompany.” #newsUqdcmgjzfp
I understand that his blood line is not even British. Rather eastern European (Transylvania?). This royal family should be remembered with the killing of Princess Diana. Who was about to start a new foundation for Palestinians before she died.
[Saint Benedict of Nursia; V-VI Century AD; born: Nursia, Kingdom of Italy/died: Mons Casinus, Eastern Roman Empire; aged 67; Father of Western Monasticism ~ Order of Saint Benedict, Patron of Europe, Rule of Saint Benedict, Saint Benedict Medal] Chapter IX ~ Of a huge stone which was removed BY THE AID OF THE SAINT'S PRAYERS. ONE day, as the monks were erecting the walls of the monastery, there was a stone hard by which they wished to place in the building. Two or three being unable to remove it, several others came to assist them, but the stone remained as immovable as if it were profoundly rooted in the earth. This made them think the devil was seated thereon, since it could not be even stirred by so many hands. To overcome this difficulty they sent to the man of God that he would vouchsafe to come and banish the enemy by his prayers, so that they might succeed in lifting the stone. The saint came immediately, prayed and gave his blessing, whereupon the stone was lifted as easily as …เพิ่มเติม

The Pope’s Prayer intention for the month of September is to pray for care of water: “Lord of Life, you have given us the gift of water, source of fruitfulness, freshness, and hope. It quenches thirst, nourishes the earth, and heals wounds. We thank you because it is also a symbol of your grace and love that renews us through baptism. Today, we ask you to teach us to safeguard it with gratitude, justice, and responsibility. Forgive us for turning it into a commodity, forgetting that it is a universal gift, a right without borders, meant for all your children. We see with pain, so many brothers and sisters, who lack clean water, who walk for miles to find it, who become ill due to its scarcity. May your Spirit make us pilgrims of the essential, able to live with simplicity, denouncing waste and pollution, defending the right of every brother and sister to drink without fear and without inequality. May our care for water, be a sign of love for the Creator, and a commitment to the lives of …เพิ่มเติม

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you Liturgy of September 6 - XXIII Sunday of the Ordinary Time Dear brothers and sisters, Jesus, in the passage from the Gospel of Matthew that we’re going to listen to on Sunday, September 6, invites us to take care of the spiritual health of our brothers and sisters. The bad news, at the beginning of this third millennium, it is the increasing of moral evil in the hearts of men with the consequent wounds inflicted on everyone, but especially on the poor and on the earth, above all by climate change and wars. The good news is that Jesus keep on giving to his Church, real Christians who, with their example, remind us that a new lifestyle inspired by the evangelical values such as the joy that comes from the encounter with God, the "taking care" of the poor, the respect for our beautiful planet earth and the commitment to built an universal brotherhood, it is not only possible, but amazing….
